A rough sketch will be sent for approval prior to beginning the painting process.

Once the pose and sketch have been approved, refunds are no longer available.

Refunds are available at the time of sketch having been sent, but are not available after the painting process has begun.

Clear, well lit reference photos are required.

If photos are taken by a professional, written permission from the photographer is required.

Turnaround time is anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks, dependent on your place in line. 

A high resolution digital file is delivered via email upon completion of your piece.

Prints are not included, but are available at additional cost.

Issues with resolution or quality if printing from home is not the responsibility of Strawberry Hill Studios.

We recommend purchasing a print due to the many options and high quality of premium fine art paper and canvases.
